Appointments can be made during surgery hours via phone or at the reception desk. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we can not guarantee that you will be seen.
If you are unable to keep the appointment, please let us know so that we can offer it to another patient.
Each appointment is for one consultation only – one person and one condition.
Please make separate appointments for each person who wishes to see the doctor.
We operate a ‘did not attend’ policy that may result in removal from our list if the problem persists.

Did Not Attend Policy
We also operate a policy whereby patients who repeatedly do not attend their booked appointments without reason are sanctioned. It is important that unwanted appointments are cancelled so that they can be offered to another patient.
